AGREEMENT FOR 

CENTER FOR MODERNIZATION RESEARCH OF AREA OF CHINA AND RUSSIA,

THE RUSSIA ACADEMY OF SCIENCE INSTITUTE OF PHILOSOPHY;

SCHOOL OF POLITICS AND ECONOMICS ,SHAANXI NORMAL UNIVERSITY

THE MISSION:

In order to collaborate on further carrying out the academic research of social modernization, promote the scientific development in China and Russia about the modernization in their area, boost the great revival of nationhood of China and Russia, fulfill the "Chinese Dream", WE Set up the "Center for Modernization Research of AREA of China and Russia, ShaanXi Normal University" and To carry out various teaching and research cooperation base on the "Center for Modernization Research of AREA of China and Russia, ShaanXi Normal University", after consultation by the leaders and experts and scholars from "China Center For Modernization Research, CAS", "The Russia Academy of Science Institute of Philosophy", "School of Politics and Economics ,ShaanXi Normal University".

The method of cooperation:

1. School of Politics and Economics, ShaanXi Normal University is responsible for initiate "Center for Modernization Research of AREA of China and Russia,ShaanXi Normal University";
2. School of Politics and Economics, ShaanXi Normal University is responsible for providing the necessary office space and Professional support for "Center for Modernization Research of AREA of China and Russia,ShaanXi Normal University";
3. School of Politics and Economics, ShaanXi Normal University invite, by this agreements of the tripartites, the experts from "China Center For Modernization Research, CAS" and "The Russia Academy of Science Institute of Philosophy" to visit "Center for Modernization Research of AREA of China and Russia, ShaanXi Normal University" to provide consulting, research work;
4. The leaders and experts of "China Center For Modernization Research, CAS", "The Russia Academy of Science Institute of Philosophy" and "Center for Modernization Research of AREA of China and Russia, ShaanXi Normal University" exchange mutually research informations;
5. "China Center For Modernization Research, CAS", "The Russia Academy of Science Institute of Philosophy" and "Center for Modernization Research of AREA of China and Russia, ShaanXi Normal University" invite mutually to join in the research projects;
6. The relevant experts in "China Center For Modernization Research, CAS", "The Russia Academy of Science Institute of Philosophy" and "Center for Modernization Research of AREA of China and Russia, ShaanXi Normal University" invite mutually the experts to participate in academic meetings held by the other sides.

The matters not mentioned:

Negotiation friendly and jointly by the three parties.
